Title AKA National Link which hired Ashley McKenzie did so because they themselves look for any reason to not pay out... Thus have the bad name in the industry already. National Link does the title work for "PNC Bank". But thank you for the advice I will be contacting PNC directly. Fellow notaries beware. Hope this helps.

Maybe it's time to contact title. I'm sure they won't be happy to find out their contractor isn't paying the contractor.

In addition to my concern and situation I definitely would not want another follow notary to encounter the same problem.

Well, not an active notary according to the NJ website; google search shows she's a "headhunter" - more politely termed a "staffing assistant".

How long has it been? Has it been long enough that you would have concerns? I would limit how much work I do for her until she establishes her credit-worthiness with me.

Good Luck.

Hello All, I've been closing loans for 10 years now and as a rule only work directly with a select group of title companies. However I recently spoke with and agreed to do closings for Ashley Mckenzie, llc out of Cherry Hill New Jersey. I was offered 10 - 20 closings a month and have concern that this is a non paying company. Ashley McKenzie is affiliated with "National Link" with is affiliated to PNC. I'm told that National Link looks for any means to not pay for services performed. Has anyone had any dealings with Ashley Mckenzie, LLc, Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
