Miracle : After six months, and persistent calls and emails, I finally received a check for a closing in February. Roxanne Wood then called me to ask that I put a positive comment about TitleLogic (they want to protect their reputation.) Ok, here is my positive comment: "If you beat the crap outta them with collection calls and emails you might get paid in six months."

I did a signing for TItle Logic in February, and have spent six months trying to collect my fee. I made numerous calls to Roxanne Woods, which were never returned.

I sent many emails and had two responses: (1) they were moving offices and behind in processing accounts payable, and (2) I would get a check within a week. No payment ever arrived.

This organization is dishonest, and scammed me. Don't take work from them and expect to get paid. I gave up on trying to collect my fee, and just wrote it off as bad debt.
