This is a Very Good Blog about the notary business. Its not a field to get into lightly, nor a get rich quick scheme.

And before you decide to get into law, you need to do some research on jobs after college, because the law school loan is very hefty and paying it back will be difficult if there are no jobs. I believe Yahoo had an article last year about law school graduates and their inability to get jobs. Its a tough economy, you're like millions of other unemployed.

Hello,

I recently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminology (5/2011), but haven't been able to land a job. Not only in my field of law enforcement, but everywhere I applied. I applied at Walmart, Home Depo, banks, etc. I seems like if you don't know anyone inside, you can't get in. I am getting kind of desperate, I don't even what do to. To make matters worse, I want to go to law school. I am looking at Fall 2012 or Spring 2013 to start.

As a result of the above, I am looking at public notary as a source of income. I am interested in the mobile aspect of the business. Especially, working for escrow companies signing loans, etc. I haven't taken any steps towards getting public notary appointment. I live in central California- County of Fresno.

I have a few questions, I hope any member of be willing to answer.

How do you contract with escrow companies?

How many calls can one expect to receive?

Any information and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.

(By the way, I am new! Great information around you.)
