BTW, it should be noted - some ARE counting it, some are not. It's specific to each lender so each file requires confirmation IF you're filling the dates in.

Take care if the RTC passes thru a Saturday. Some lenders count Saturday as one of the 3 days, some don't.

I don't understand why you need this...the dates are always filled in by the lender; I've had to calculate the rescission period exactly once in my five years of doing this here - and I have enough fingers to do that..

I just don't see the need for us to get involved in that. Maybe I've been lucky....but even if I had to put the dates in myself, I can do it without a phone app or computer program ... remember the info is only as good as the person who input the data and I'd be concerned relying on it - if there's a mistake I don't think a court is going to accept a "my phone told me to do it" defense.
