Received assignment 12/14/2009 paid 01/05/10 agreed fee was my normal rate

Did they meet your fee when you worked for them? I am doing my second job for them and did get paid quickly for the first. They tend to try to negotiate a little lower fee than some, but I think they are a good company.

Did closings for Timios on 8/24 & 8/27 and got paid for both approx. 10 days later. Did another 11/24. Good experiences so far.

I did one from them last week. I thought they were a title company, but the documents that were overnighted were from another title company, so now I am not sure if they are title company or signing service... Oh well, as long as I get paid, it doesn't matter...

The only one I have completed for them was in Dec and I was paid in 10 days.

Does anyone have any experience with this company. They called today to schedule a closing, but I have not heard of them. Internet search shows they are a title company started in October 2008. Just thought I'd see if anyone has any pros or cons. Thanks.
