for these slimy companies with multiple personality disorder, it might be helpful if we post contact info, i.e. addresses, names of booking agents, especially phone #'s. I just accepted a closing for US Certified signers in Sacramento and the docs look a little "rushed", which i'm sure most of you veterans out there know is a sign of possible trouble ahead.... I'm wondering if they've gone Sybil and are the same company?

You're welcome and good luck! All I get is a recording and no return phone calls. Nice way to do business!

You're absolutely right! All of CTC NOTARY's phone numbers have been disconnected!

The other day, I thought it was odd when I called CTC for the umpteenthh time and they answered by the name Golden Bear. I thought I had just misdialed. But that's them! They can certainly run, but they can't hide. Not good business cheating your notaries out of money like that. I'm so disgusted right now. I've never had a signing company just lie to me and say the "check is in the mail." Well your small claims court action papers are in the mail too "GOLDEN BEAR."

Beware of the Golden Bear!

CTC Notary has not paid me for a signing I did for them on 2/13/08. Over 90 days is not acceptable. I sent them invoices, emails, faxes, letters. I have called them several times and they tell me the "check is in the mail," but I have not received payment as of this date. Now they're not even responding to my messages.

What is the deal with these companies paying so late I've always been patient--at times waiting 30 days, and will then usually give them a friendly reminder call, but lately it seems they're getting worse (even companies I've been doing business with for years).

It's ridiculous we have to wait so long to get paid and then have to hound them with emails, faxes, phone calls, letters, etc. What a waste of my valuable time.

I recently did a signing for a wonderful title company and received a check by FedEx within one week from the signing.
CTC Notary...Another one bites the dust!
