I read on the other site, that a few people are trying to contact DAC with the same problem. Some talk about having gone under. We used to close tons of loans for them in '07 and we did rcv a call a few months ago for one that we couldnt take. Haven't heard from em since. Hope you get paid.

I did a job for DAC on 3-4-08 got paid 4-28-08. Just received the bounced check notice from my bank today 5-6-08. I've tried calling all the available numbers that I have for them and they have all been disconnected. I would beware if they call. If they do happen to call you post a current number for them. Thank you!

Sorry I missed this post (guess I had a bit of tunnel vision)...I did a signing for DAC on 10/12/07 - got check 11/23/07....had no problems and pay was fair.

Me again. I did a little more searching and found that DAC apparently is the same as M. David Spear. I accidently put "L" in that last post. I am going to go ahead and turn down that job--happily!

Hi everyone. I just got a call from Document Assistance Company (DAC). I searched on this forum and one came up as it possibly being the same as David Spear. I was burned by Spear once, and I'm not about to do it again. If anyone can confirm this, I'd appreciate it greatly!
