I have closed loans for an agency with similar name and was paid promptly. So when Michelle called me for a signing I forgot she still owes me from last November, 2013. I did about three signings and was paid in 30 days as she kept sending me other signings I accepted. Then asked about payment and she said had been mailed. She ended up owing me for 5 completed signings. Sent payment request by CERTIFIED MAIL and e-mail as Carmen suggested. NO PAYMENT OR RESPONSE OF ANY KIND.
THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO PROTECT NOTARIES THAT HAVE ALL THE CREDENTIALS TO PROTECT THE TITLE COMPANIES, LENDERS AND BORROWERS.

I did a signing for Michelle last November. unfortunately I had the same results. I did not get paid.they screen all their calls and do not
return any calls for money nor will they return emails. I spoke with the Title company and they are not getting any answers from them either. DO NOT TAKE ANY SIGNINGS FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET PAID

I even called Title, and she has said I have been the only notary who has called regarding this issue. Seeing these recent complaints, I doubt I am the only one. She kind of just shrugged it off, saying they informed her I have been paid. If that's the case why aren't you answering my emails or calls? If I check hasn't cleared, its easy to re-process. UGH!

I've done closings for Cherri and Michelle for at least 8 or 9 years and they've always been slow to pay, but paid. UNTIL ABOUT AUGUST 2013... now I have 9 outstanding invoices and they've stopped taking my calls or responding to emails which upsets me more because I considered them friends. I'm not sure what the outcome will be but I have spoken to the title companies of the unpaid closings confirming Executive was paid for the work done by me and making them aware of the situation. I also confirmed they are apparently still in business scheduling notaries as recent as yesterday through one title company and management at said title company was very disheartened and upset to hear Executive was essentially stealing from notaries. SO NOTARIES BEWARE

Have worked for them for years, and was always paid within 90 days.
I have 2 open invoices since October with them, they never answer the phone nor emails. I even snailed mail them the copy of my confirmations, and no response. I called title and they informed me they have been paid, so what's the hold up?

Sheree has assured me that she will be sending a check as soon as I call and advise them of the completed signing. She said she's a "woman of her word!" I keep ya'll informed if I don't get my check in a timely manner.

Got a call from them but I had to turn them down. I was asked to back date. I told her I think she knows my answer to that request. Have a good day...click.

Have done a lot of work for these people, but never got paid for the last 6 weeks of work (over $1300). They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. They do not respond to attorney letters.
