I performed a signing for them on DECEMBER 5, 2013. NINE MONTHS LATER I finally got paid. Owner Curt blames an accounting problem.

I received a check today from NotaryPro and a nice letter from Michelle the owner. Also I spoke with Curt Williams a co-owner of the business. It looks like they were absent owners of their company and had problems with the manager. In any case they are doing their best to get everyone paid. As for me, I will work for them again. Everyone has problems from time to time. They did right by me, so I'll give them another chance.

Each month they are getting slower and slower about payment. Can't get anyone in accounting to reply to me. Beware if you take an order-it will take time & patience to get paid.

I did one job for them and I did have to do a little chasing to get paid. All in all they paid with 45 days so it wasn't too drastic. I was concerned because of the negative feedback on the forums. I may or may not work for them again. They did meet my fee when I did the job for them.

Once you get some substantial experience under your belt, you will find better paying, faster paying, less-hassle clients to work with. Notary Pro may be a good company to cut your teeth on, but with experience you can get better quality clients.

i did a signing in december for notary pro, and i have done 3 this month for them, i got paid for the one in december. it was a tad slower than i like but i look at it this way. as long as i keep getting calls from them, and getting paid with in 45 days. I will keep taking the assignments. They are nice people to work with, at least the ones i have spoke with. And since i had seen these reviews. i did call them and ask them when payment would be issued. they told me when it went out, and even the check number. And i did receive the payment. So i will continue to work for them until they give me a reason not to. In my opinion they are very nice and friendly. And when i asked about payment they promptly answered me, and didnt avoid me. I appreciated that.

I handled many signings for them in 2006 but only one in early 2007. I believe they were professional, but required a lot of faxbacks and didn't pay much for all the hoops you had to jump through.

I did one for them on March 25th. I was thinking the same thing I used to do a lot for them about a year ago and this was the first one since then.

I completed several signings for NotaryPro in 2006 & early 2007 but haven't heard from them since. They were good to work with then and paid within a reasonable time. It would be interesting to find out if they "closed up shop" due to the slow-down in the industry.

I have to agree--NotaryPro has very professional and kind to me. Always curtious and prompt on the phone and within 2-3 weeks I am paid. I would say on a scale of 1-10 NotaryPro is an 8!

Is this the company that sends edocs thru Argent Mortgage Company? I had an impossible time printing them - and as a result - missed a signing for $130.
