Dick was very informative about all of our loan documents and was a pleasure to have in our home. Even though VA loan paperwork can be long and arduous, he managed to make it simple. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Richard Drogue provided mobile notary services needed for the closing of a recent real estate transaction. On short notice from the escrow agent, Richard was able to print multiple copies of all the transaction documents sent by the escrow agent and still arrive within one-half hour of our scheduled meeting time. Subsequently, Richard carefully guided us through the signing of all necessary documents and his personable manner helped minimize our anxiety during this stressful endeavor.

Richard was our notary for our mortgage closing and he coordinated our closing in a very professional and personalized manner. The combination of Quicken loans efficiency and his professionalism made for a very good experience.

I used Richard for a refinance closing and was very satisfied with the service he provided. The entire experience was very professional, conducted in a timely manner and performed at my convenience in my home. It couldn''t have gone better. Thanks from a happy customer.

It was a pleasure to have Richard Drogue be the notary for the closing on the refinance of my condo. Throughout the process I was very impressed with both his knowledge and his demeanor. At first we talked over the phone and he was able to answer my initial questions and concerns relative to the documents that I would be signing. His listening ability and patience coupled with his knack for explaining complex processes using straight forward language put my mind at ease going into the closing. Today we closed and the actual signing of the documents went very smoothly. Once again, he calmly addressed all my questions and in the process managed to give me a a financial tutorial! I didn't feel any pressure to rush through signing anything. He answered every question I had today but also gave me his business card and encouraged me to contact him if I needed any more answers in the future. Very reassuring! I would definitely recommend him!

Richard is an outstanding notary officer! We had multiple problems with the paperwork from the title company and Richard knew exactly what we needed to do. He explained everything so that we understood every detail. He took his time and we never felt rushed. It was clear that he cared and he was willing to go the extra mile. Richard was very professional. He always arrived on time and even came to my place of employment to meet with me! He really made the whole experience pleasant (despite multiple mistakes made by the title company). I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Neutral reviews

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
