BEWARE!!! They are the worst notary company. I do not know how they are still in business. I got paid, when I told them that I was going to take legal action. NOTARIES - DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING FOR FREE!!! YOU WILL NOT GET PAID!!!

Finally paid on 8/25. I got so fed up I emailed the title and lender about their non-payment. THEN I got an email from Rudy saying his accounts payable was on medical leave for the last week. Doesn't make any sense since they payment was more than 1 week past due. The job was on 4/25, sound about 4 months past due. What was the A/P person doing the rest of the time?

Same deal here. 4/25 I did a signing. Still have not been paid. Sent several invoices. Made many calls. Left many messages. Spoke to Steve Mueller who promised payment on June 16th. It never came. I sent a demand invoice yesterday saying I would call the lender. However I don't have any of that information because their site doesn't provide it. It has lender name but no other information. No title etc... Trying to figure how to get paid now.

I won't work for them again. First of all it was a massive low ball fee.My fault. I hadn't worked in a month due to out of country company, I had another signing right down the street already so I fit it in. The guy from MD called me TWICE in the middle of my signing to see if I was at the signing. Who does that? They keep sending me email/text messages about more signings in my area and I keep responding with reject and listing non payment of previous signing as the reason. As soon or IF I ever get payment, I'm pulling my SMS and profile from them. I don't need them contacting me ever again.

Mortgage docs will not pay. Steve Miller's word is no good. I was promised fee would be direct deposited but that was over a month ago. Do not accept their assignments.

On Mar 18, 2016 I did a signing for MortgageDocs.com. As of today, July 13, 2016 I have not received payment.
I've called, spoke with someone once who said I would be paid but that was over a month ago. Now I get voice mail and no one returns my calls.
