After fighting my way through Provident loans I have had enough. Not only are their requirements so far out of line but their funders are complete idiots.
In June I had a funder refuse to fund a loan because he did not like the "4" on the patriot act form. First of all..it WAS A 4 and only a idiot could see it any other way. Next, it was the month of the expiration date of the drivers license and there was a clear copy in the returned file! The 4 was clear as I wrote it on the form but for some reason that was never explained to me, the fool did not like it and wanted me to go out and get it filled out and signed again by the borrower. I refused and from now on...all Provident loans have a $20 service fee added on. If I never do another one it would be fine too.
