| I have the same problem, especially Nations Direct! I keep calling them. I keep a copy of the order, call the closer who called me, and finally ask for a supervisor. Especially at the beginning of the year, companies use the excuse they don't have a new W-9. Write your notes on the closing order for your reference/file. I start calling them the day after the payment is due. |

| What do you do when you companies don't pay on time? I have several companies over 60 days and have emailed, fax and mailed invoices. I call and get the run around. I will not be doing business with Nations Direct, Signing Stream and Docs2u.... |
