DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR ORDERS. They do not pay! My next action will be contacting the title/escrow company that hired them.

I have completed one signing for Palm Castle. Overall, it was a good experience. My only gripe is that they called me out of the blue asking if I was available to do a REFI. When I got the docs it was actually a construction loan. At least the doc package was only 75 pages & no faxbacks for a decent fee. Pay was at 37 days.

I completed an assignment for them on 11/16/13. Haven't received payment yet, but we're barely 30 days out. As I recall, they were very communicative, and I received docs on time for my closing.

I would definitely work with them again.

I've been waiting to respond to this post for a while, did my first(and only so far) signing for them on 5/22. The process was very good, they were friendly and I had no complaints whatsoever, was just waiting to see how fast I got paid to respond. Received my check today on 7/6 so my guess is that they may pay once a month on the following month but I can't confirm with such a small sample size.

But they paid fair and quick enough for me to work with them again going forward.

They called me this afternoon for a signing, but I'm out of town for the holiday. We discuss terms, etc and I will give them an opportunity next time they call.
