I learned last week the whole issue I had was a very unusual circumstances of my contact leaving their company months ago which is why I never got paid. The problem is there as no return to sender on my emails and my faxes were ignored. The other issue is they don't have an accounting department relying on the initial contact of the notary to get people paid.

In any event, it seems I jumped the gun on judgment on them for the above reasons. I did have a bad experiences with a few signings but they are going to pay me after all and that's all I really care about at this point.

Just my 2 cents. I'm sorry you are having trouble getting paid.

Sincerely yours,

Other helpful info, they have no accounting department to respond to requests for status on payment. They force you to use the one who assigned the job to you from their staff who has completely ignored my emails. The person who answers the phone doesn't help whatsoever directing you to anyone who can help with past due invoices. Faxing invoices to their corporate office produces no results.

Sincerely yours,

I may have written about them but wanted to convey they have ignored my requests for payment of two jobs I did after I complained to them of their harassment to attend their webnair.

In October near end of month which is the busiest time of month for closings, they demanded LSA's attend a webnair training session on their procedures threatening to dump those who didn't attend. I was flabbergasted at the arrogance and expectations having no clue how busy we were that month.

TRG didn't have their act together at all, were late to their own webnair that was a complete farce full of unnecessary information they thought pertinent to their operation. It was almost as if some management guy was trying to impress his superiors for calling such a training session. I felt used.

I complained to corporate of their problems and of the last job I had for them as well adn this company has refused to pay me for my complaints by ignoring my past due invoices. They owe $200.

This is the kind of company that will smite you down with non-payment for your work if you as much as complain to them about how they operate an that their demands are over the top.

Beware.

Sincerely yours,

Notary's Life
