After 15 minutes worth of research of my time, I finally found Vista National LLC's address ONLY due to it being a registered LLC. Otherwise they have been clearly hiding their address in listings all over the Internet. It's very frustrating that really stirs up distrust. I'd highly advise them not to go about this strategy any longer. All I wanted to do was send a Christmas Card.

Well, I used your advice about sending an email and saying that
I would call the Title Co., the borrowers ect. I gave them 3 days
and was surprised to see a check in 2. The daughter of the owner
(who she said had passed on) apologized and said she was unaware of
my lack of payment. So I did finally get paid. But don't ever trust Rick.

I did a closing for Rick at Vista National on 5/31/12 and have yet to be paid. I saw someone praising Rick, but I've spoken with him 5 times and still don't have a check, so he's just as bad as the last guy.

Going to use your collection letter next and also post him on Notary Rotary
