I worked with Gail McAvoy at the Carlsbad location once. Good pay and did not take long to receive payment afterward. I later found out I was called because her "regular" notary was unavailable. She's been using this person for 15 years so it's unlikely I will be called again. Ms. McAvoy added my name to the notary list that they have but since my one loan in December 2012, I have not received any calls; I have tried calling and keeping in touch but to no avail.

Being the former owner of an independent escrow company here in So Cal, and many years of going to California Escrow Association conferences (my mother was a past president), I can tell you that the reason they have so many addresses, is because they are the biggest independent escrow company in California. I have not done any work with them but they probably do most of their own signings.
