Since the last posting is two years old, I tried to investigate this service. I have sent them an email asking if they still engage signing agents. They appear to deal with add tracking software exclusively. I am waiting for a reply but if anyone knows anything more recent, please let me know. Thanks

I have done 4 signings with them. Although, I do not sign their "agent" form (since a Notary can't act as a Agent for an Attorney or propose a product), which was Okay with them. All the gals are great and I have been paid very promptly! I take a signing in a blink of an eye! :)

They have been great to work with and paid promptly.

Just a note: I contacted the NNA and the State of CO. They stated that it is unethical for a Notary to act as a "representative" in the presentation of a legal product, as if we were a sales person. Eclipse now requests a FACE TO FACE REPRESENTATIVE SIGNING by the Notary. It takes the responsibility on to you as the "responsible" party for ensuring the client understands the documents they are entering into. All my checking says this is a NO NO. Although the ladies at Eclipse are great, they pay on time. THE NNA code of ethics is in direct conflict with what they want a Notary to do. I offered a solution, a form ( i created) that states I did the signing, but does not hold me as a responsible party for the clients understanding of their product and they would not accept this. Beware, don't risk your commission until you are sure this is ethical and legal for you to conduct as a REP.

I made the subject: ECLIPSE SERVICES and then asked if anyone had heard of them. Sorry I didn't list their name in my message.

Does anyone know anything about this company out of FL? Their website takes and extreme amount of time to get into and it took several minutes to get a fax sent to them. Have not been paid and I paid for the return shipping!
