How can you see the webinair and take the test? I have not heard of it and would like to take the test. Recently, Chase sent me a box of really nice folders to put the borrower's copy of the documents in which saves me from using my expandable folders.

Yes!!I took the test......and passed I have been doing "Chase" Loans for along time so it was to my benefit to pass the test.
There loan pkg is reasonable about 75 to 85 pgs. The webinar was about communication with the borrower and to follow Chase's instructions to the "T". I noticed after the test "Yahoo" e-mail was up and down for about 2 days......don't know if this had anything to do with the massive "test" that was being taken.

Yes,, I took the test, "100%".. the test was easy..I have been doing 3-5 Chase Loans a week for almost 5 years, so it is well worth my time to take the test.. They are my favorite loans to close, only about 80 pages and the BO are well informed about their loan before I get there..

I've not heard about any Chase test either. I did receive a copy of the new Notary Evidence Form (more work of course)that was sent to me by two other signing agencies, but nothing about a "test" How did the rest of you hear about it? Do they (Chase) contact you or are we supposed to request this

Haven't heard anything about a test. Maybe being at the end of the alphabet, they haven't gotten to the W's yet.

Yes I took the test, it was easy. The webinar was about communication wih the borrower, preparation for the signing, notary appearance, puctuality, courtesty, in-bank branch closing, scheduling expectation and of course the new form "Notorial Evidence Form". It is all common sense but I enjoyed the class. I received an email saying I passed "100%".
