LoVe the way you can status the closing on line, no hand-holding. Ron's a nice guy - I'm confident I'll be paid (of course, I'll let you know) and he met my fee for FHA and VA's, no problem.

I did a Preliminary Loan App signing for that company in July 14th. I have not gotten paid yet as his process is to award that same Notary the Loan signing. The company will pay after the Loan takes place for the App-signing and the Loan Closing.

Any scoop on this company? Great pay but it's end of month so they may be hard up and met my very high fees for VA work. One quirky thing is that they insisted on two copies of ID to send back with the docs or they threatened to dock me $25. Not everyone has two forms of ID - just the way it is.
