Well this is bad. I was stiffed from Nationwide Notary Signing Services. Their domain name is no longer valid. Now you say that Michelle Williams of The Signing Agents is part of the same thing? I have outstanding invoices for them too.

I am aware of that.
I took the fax number directly from her email. I did it twice. phone was 520-808-0802 and fax was 515 954-3322.

Did you check the fax number you faxed the invoice to? Notary Rotary is another website for notaries to discuss companies on a forum and I wonder if you're faxing your invoice to the wrong number.

Also when I faxed Michelle Williams for "The Signing Agents" another invoice the fax machine name showed up on mine as Notary Rotary. So it appears she has other businesses.

I got the names mixed up. "The Signing Agents" (Michelle Williams).
She lists the company as The Signing Agent Nationwide Mobile Notary Service. Does anyone have information on this company.

I did a closing on Dec. 1st and as of March 6 I have not been paid.
I was told 30 days, then 45 days, then I was told my check was up to be signed next, then buy the last of January, then they said they had a temp who worked for them and screwed every thing up, then they said it would be by the 15th of February....Get the picture???? They are liars and you will not be paid....TELL THEM NO!!!!!

I did a signing for this company (www.nnssinc3.com) on November 3, 2011. Today is January 16, 2012 and I still have not been paid after 2 ˝ months. The signing went perfectly and all requirements were followed. On Dec 12 I began emailing this company to ask about the payment owed me for my services (6 weeks after the signing). After 3 emails I finally got a reply a week later on Dec 19 that the person I needed to speak with (Michelle in the accounting department) and that my email would be forwarded to her. I never heard a word from Michelle or anyone in the accounting dept. On January 5 I emailed again, and was told that they must have not gotten to me yet since the holidays. Again, no one followed up. I requested a phone extension or direct number to contact Michelle or someone in the accounting dept and received no reply. I have called the main number and left a message on their voicemail and not yet received a reply. I tried to log onto their web site today and it is not connected to anything, so I was unsuccessful there. It has been 2 ˝ months since the signing and still no payment and no follow-up from the company to expedite the payment, or any idea of when the payment will be made. The person who had been writing me said I “should” be paid around the middle of January but here is it January 16 and still no payment. I would personally not recommend accepting an assignment from this company based on my experience with this company regarding payment and follow up (customer service). I personally would never work with them again. If anyone has a recommendation of how I should go about getting paid, I would appreciate your help. Thank you. I hope my blog is useful to someone in helping them to avoid the same experience I had.

Yes, apparently there were 2 Nationwide Notary Signing Services in Beverly Hills at one time. The one 1 have the issue with is www.nnssinc3.com and is still in Beverly Hills on Doheny Drive. I just spoke with Dorit from the Nationwide Notary Signing that is listed here in 123Notary.com. who is now located in Los Angeles and that I have never worked with. My comments were not directed at her or her company. I apologize to her. It's very confusing for both notaries and for signing companies who have their names copied.

I found this company's website and this seems to be a different name for Notary Pro who has been around for close to a decade now. Hmmm. Confusing alias names!

I had an assignment with Nationwide Notary Signing Services earlier this month. They are in Beverly Hills, CA. Unfortunately it was a no-sign as the borrower did not have proper ID and was on a business trip and did not have any credible witnesses. They are only going to pay (I learned after) $25 for a no-sign, including travel and printing.
They don't pay very much at all. I negociated the price up and didn't learn until I accepted the signing that they want you to fax back the entire packet. They say it's because the notaries don't always get everything right. No, it's because they pay so low they only get notaries that are inexperienced! I will not accept anymore assignments from them.

Yes, they are different from Nationwide Signing Service in AZ who paid fairly and on time.

Is this N3-Nationwide Notary Network? I have a concern about an assignment I did for them yesterday which needs to be returned to: Residential Law Center in San Diego CA for Bank of America.

This company has a very similar name to Nationwide Notary Signers. Has anyone worked for them?
