Well things do get spinned don't they? My "hostile" message was to ask him why in Hell he changed the password. Hostile? No, but he was plenty hostile in his repeated calls to me.
He also assured me that I had no right to discuss these issues on a notary forum. (Guess he can suspend the Bill of Rights at will, right?)
I am tolerant of a lot of things, even arrogence on the part of signing companies, but I do not take offensive calls and will share unprofessional conduct with others.
Jbelmont, I would have to wonder why you would take the word of these people?

I was contacted by mortgage connect who stated that they got a hostile phone message from David. The particular staff member understood his frustration with having an issue with their website's system for changing passwords, but the staff member felt his hostility was not warranted.

My opinion is that you can not expect other people's website's to be perfect. We have to be patient. In the internet world, even if you pay big bucks, servers experience problems and technical difficulties are a part of life -- even with the best of management.

Just got a call from their head of vendor relations. He did not like the fact that I complained of being unable to access the site .....
So...make your own judgement.
