The first signing I did for them was on 3-18-13, and received my payment in about 2-3 weeks. The second signing was on 4-5-13, and I'm getting worried because no payment yet. I have left 2 messages, and sent follow-up emails to Rachel Guyton who was my contact person. Hope they did not go out of business without paying the Notaries!!!

FYI their contract states you are a representative of the company. That means when the law suit is filed and I believe there will be many, you will be named as a defendant. I checked and my E&O insurance will not cover it, does yours? Also you may want to talk to your lawyer because you are knowingly placing yourself in the hands of this company.

I believe this is the next big issue for congressional hearings. As we all know it is the guy at the bottom that goes to jail. For me it isn't worth the puny $$$$. If I'm going to jail it's for billions.

This company has absolutely NO professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!! Their debt consolidation is a scam and it should be against the law. As a professional I wouldn't dream of being a part of such a scam. When I refused to do the job the first woman called me and hung up on me after she lied about what I told her then the underwriter called me and he would not stop yelling in my ear and then accused me of talking to HIS client. He needs to get his information right. I wouldn't work for this company if I was living on the street and starving to death.

I have gotten phone calls from several debt settlement companies lately. I believe I received BAMS's request through email. However, I did call and talk to a young lady there to learn more about the company. She was extremely nice, and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions. I filled the application out and sent it in.

They've been posting a lot asking for folks to sign up with them via LinkedIn, however, they haven't responded to questions asked.
