I signed on with them as a Sales Agent in April, and was told they find Notaries on 123 to become a part of their team. I totally agree there requirements & expectations are so ridiculous & pretty much an insult! Even though there is no notarizing involved it sound easy, but thinking it's really not worth the $60 quoted to me for all the reading, explaining & convincing we have to do with their clients being a Notary. Haven't received any calls from them yet for my area, and definitely not looking to be a part of any future law suits so I guess won't be bothered either!!

I have been getting a lot of requests for these too, and I don't do them. my husband, who is an attorney, says that you become a representative of their law group, and as such, MAY be part of a law suit should the customer ever sue.

Hello All,

I was recently contacted by Loan-closers to do a signing for Bay VIew Law Group. The requirements and expectations are ridiculous! They expect you to arrive at the borrowers home and read a 3-4 page presentation BEFORE the signing, then sign a document that states you are a representative of the company and that it is your responsibility to make sure the borrowers fully understand what they are getting into to and that you read them the 4 page presentation! Ridiculous! That is not our responsibility as notaries and they pay $40-$60 for all that bs! I refuse to take any jobs from them!
