This is really sad to hear - Erica is a nice person and was always good to work with - she used to schedule for K.E.L. Title so she knows the drill...
I thought I'd read elsewhere that she was having problems and pay was slowing down...I see the OP didn't mention her name - wonder if there's been a change of command. Corp. listing is still "active" in state records.. info is:

Sounds to me like it's high time to give the Title Co. a friendly call. Title most likely will not pay you, but will put pressure on the deadbeat to do so.

If dealing with non-communicating low life pond scum is your thing, you will love these turkeys. The hired me to take a job 175 miles away, and then stiffed me on the signing fee. They won't answer an email, they won't return a phone call, they don't acknowledge a fax. They just let you do the work, they pocket the money, and tell the rest of the world to go to hell. So, if you get a call from these crooks, tell them you don't work for nothing, so you don't fit their criteria as a notary. I'm from South Dakota, so if the perps in this matter want to know who's talking about them they can check the unpaid accounts payable list and figure out its me. I'd love to talk to Ethan or Ed, the dead beats that run that pilferage operation.
