To get business as a signing agent, you need to have good internet presence and be known to title and signing companies. There are three good things to do:

1. Be listed on all of the major signing agent websites. Signingagent.com, notaryrotary.com, notarycafe.com, gomobilenotary.com, 123notary.com, and there are a few others that are good too. 123notary.com offers FREE listings and paid listings. If you get a top place listing on 123notary.com you will attract more business as our browsers search from the top of the search results first. Email us at info@123notary.com to get signed up.

2. Call all of the nationwide signing companies and your local title companies. You can find lists of signing companies online or purchase the 123notary.com list of signing companies. notaryrotary has vast information on signing companies, so be sure to visit their site and read about them. You can find title companies on google local, or yahoo.

3. Start a website. Creating a website is expensive, but if you are sure you want to get as much notary business as possible, its a good investment if you do it right. Having an expensive website take up space online does nothing, but if you optimize and get good placement on google for your local words, then you can attract lots of business and your investment will be cost effective. Ask us for help with ideas for creating and marketing your new website.
