| 61 days and still waiting for check. I have written, faxed, called and now I will start calling the lenders and anyone else I can find a number for. My bad, should have checked here 1st :(. |

| 60 days and holding...Lis or Lisa sezs..."you will receive your check early part of next week" "check went out"...huh, "I was sure I saw your check" "do you want me to stop payment and issue you another check?" DO NOT WORK THIS COMPANY TAMPA BAY CLOSINGS. |

| Update. Did several closings for them, got check today for 1st 2. Was within time-frame i was told. |

| Thanks everyone for the heads up on them! Just got an email request to do an REO purchase closing tomorrow.... it's going to be a "NO". |

116 days to get paid, That is from Totaly Beyond Compare to any signing company I have ever dealt with. That is why I told them to take me off their list, 4 months to get paid. It is unbelieveable that people think they can take advantage of the Signing Agents like this. I hope you have learned your lesson, what would happen if you paid one of your bills after 4 months, the late fees and interest would kill you and your credit would be ruined. Not at Totally Beyond Compare they pay 4 month's no late fees no ramifications. Unless other Notaries wise up and read this column.

| Update: I received my check today from TBC. It only took 116 days to get paid. Hopefully check will clear with no problems. |

Slow to pay, 60 days +
Was told on multiple occasions "check went out," "checks going out", etc. I did eventually get paid, but it took too much hounding. Would not work with them again. |

I had them remove me from their list of closers because of slow pay. Face it they get paid in 30 days or less from the title co. However I think their cost are to high or they pay them selves too much. The bottom line is the day they recieve payment from the title co the signing agent should be paid instead of that it appears that they pay themselves and hope another closing will come in to pay the signing agent. Look if you are waiting for a payment since Novemeber and there are 3 days left in Feb it is pretty obivoius to any business person what is happening. TBC totally beyond compare should look to own motto before they lose every good signing agent they have. I know this if an employee at TBC what not paid since Novemeber they would not be there. I am so glad I do not have to be a collection agency with TBC any longer. Good luck getting paid.

| Nice folks but sloooow to pay. Right now, I am waiting on payment from 11/09. Spoke to Lisa @ TBC this morning (again) and was told ck is in mail. We'll see. I was told this by Lisa @ eom January 2010 too. |
