Jeremy, why have you closed this thread about this company referring them to a page that gives them shining reviews? Because I reviewed your linked page and accepted one of the lamest signings and experiences I've ever had with an agency in which they're seeking to damage me as a notary for their incompetency. I've done a few signings for them. Their biggest plus is they do pay fast but there are trade-offs:
1. They don't pay much
2. Fax-backs required
3. Numerous phone calls about status, doc-printing, etc.
4. Have to wait for their approval before sending out docs.

Reply to Linda on them wanting you to add the n/a. If they knew wasn't illegal why didn't they just add it themselves.

My lay opinion about this - if this doc needed to be notarized, you can't do it - not only is it not your responsibility to fill out the forms, but at least here in FL there is no alteration to the docs OR the cert after the fact. That request would have required me to go back and meet with the borrowers, have the form properly completed and notarize borrowers' signatures again. I would have had to charge another trip fee for this minor fix.

Funny they ask for the ID Affidavit faxed back but not the HUD - shows even the companies make mistakes.

1. Bad company?
2. Good Company?
3. and want a $25.00 Notary sign up Fee..

Well there can be no blanks on a loan package documents. Signature name affidavits must be filled out completely. If there are not enough names the borrower wishes to put on the document than an N/A must be placed in the blank spot.

I looked up older posts on Flex and don't know if it is the same company as the one I have listed.

This company called me a few days ago for a signing. They asked me a few questions on my status as a signing agent like how long have you been a notary and how many signings have you completed. To sign up with them I would have to go onto their website and complete the information they required on line. Ok. I did this. It is all very organized. The docs showed up about six hours before the closing. I was happy this one I thought had their act together. They required fax backs--no toll free fax number. About 20 or so documents for quality control. At this point I started thinking this may not be such a great company. I received a phone call after my fax backs requesting I add the phrase n/a on line 3 of an identity affidavit. On their fax backs they forgot to include a copy of the HUD. Now do you want to know why I am complaining. Since they forgot to put the HUD on their fax back list, I didn't included it. Sure I know that is one important document, my question is why isn't one of the first on their fax back list. Anyway, they don't pay enough for me to go back and forth and pay for a 20 page fax back and spend extra time on the phone with them about adding n/a on line 3 of the id aff. It seems rather nit picking to me.
