I used to work for emobile notary all the time. Tom was extremely nice to me and there were never problems. Just do things exactly how they ask you as they are very picky about details.

Here is our review page for emobile notary

I have worked with E Mobile Notary numerous times, and always have been paid. Tom and Lorraine are very nice people.

One time, the title company didn't pay them because they were doing upgrades, but I eventually received it. Keep good Records, and follow up with them in a nicely manner.

Try contacting the TC and asking them if the file closed, and if eMobile Notary has been paid. Ask for their assistance in contacting eMobile in getting them to pay you.

Did a loan signing on 6/2/09, as of 45 days later, still not paid. I have called thier office, all you get is voicemail, and no one returns your calls. i have emailed them, and they dont reply to that either...
Once they did reply and said: "Hey Mary…I just spoke to title (we did not get the payment as of today, and Fridays are the days I post and do statements), she said that our invoices are paid from their accounting dept and she will look into why it’s still outstanding…once I get an answer on timing I’ll follow up with you."

I have sent the "nasty"letter to them, that letter has worked in the past to get paid. We will see if it works.

I have worked for them once. They do have very strict instructions but all went well with my one I completed. Was paid as agreed. I'm sceptical about working should they ever call again.

I did one job for them - it was a return trip as they got the docs to me at 10:30pm by e-mail and wanted the docs signed that day. The borrower was not given the interest rate she was quoted so did not sign. I had to return the next day. I have only been paid for one trip. This was in February. I was told my check for the second trip would be mailed July 5, but I have not received it.

They have very specific instructions to follow. I followed to a T and when I got my check it was short by 25 bucks. I was told Lorraine? would NOT make a mistake and I did not receive docs by e-mail. When i forwarded the e-docs back to them they sent me as proof, they said too bad, there's no going back. So, I got screwed out of my doc fees. I'm getting real tired of this crap.
