RRN its been well over 60 days and still no pay. I preformed my job right and in a professional manner, so dont go there. Bottom line they have not paid me and I want to let others know, isnt this why we have forums?
You say the pay well and fast, I would highly disagree with that statement, as its been over 60 days outstanding.
No worries I will do like I always do with deadbeat no pay companies. I will send them to collections and contact a few departments that I have contact numbers for. |

You know...I've worked for this company for a looooong time...and in 4 years, I've had a few rescinded files that (as the confirmation clearly states) I was paid less for. Fact is, if you do the job right, they call you often, and oh yeah, here's another bad thing...they pay welland fast!! As long as you know how to read, you should not have any problems with this company. |

"I PRAY I get another one from, not that it might get lost during the UPS shipment or something terrible. Nothing that would put my commision in jepordy but you get the idea."
This statement concerns me very much....no, I DON'T get the idea ... at least I hope I got the wrong idea...

You're correct in that it is your fault, and if I were you I'd rethink both your public posting as well as your intentions. |

These people are a joke, I did a signing for them and the borrower cancelled on the last day of recission. I drove 1 hour each way and printed 125 pages plus copy package. In small print they claim to only pay $25.00 if they cancell. I PRAY I get another one from, not that it might get lost during the UPS shipment or something terrible. Nothing that would put my commision in jepordy but you get the idea. When I agreed to the closing there was NO mention of this or I would have not accepted it. I do not take less than $75.00 for a print and trip fee.
I guess its my fault for not reading the small print!
Stay away, far away as this might save you a lot of money and TIME. $25.00 does not even cover the cost of gas for a 2 hour round trip closing. |
