I completed a deed for Mike in April, it is now June 27 and still no money. This company is a dead beat I don't recommend working for him unless you want to do it for free.

I completed a deed for Mike in April, it is now June27 and still no money. This company is a deadbeat I don't recomment working for him unless you want to do it for free.

I've handled several Reverse Mortgage applications and loans for Mike at EquiPoint.

There were issues with the UPS account number, but I believe that is now cleared up.

I have been paid for most of the signings. It is confusing because when your check is mailed to you,as there's not a listing of the signings on the stub.

Mike has been wonderful with always responding to my communications.

Googled them and found several links, but also found this:

Might be nothing, but might be worth checking out. I realize it's a CA company involved but just not sure if all Equipoint Financial offices are under the same umbrella....
