WARNING: HALF PAY WHEN SIGNERS REFUSE TO SIGN.

Company offered me a fair fee for a short signing but 30 minutes in the signers refused to complete the signing due to some of the paper work being completely wrong. As a result Quick Closings 123 offered to pay only HALF my fee.

Notaries shouldn't have to be the ones that pay the price for incompetent Loan Agents. If signing companies want to advertise half off for non-signings in a desperate attempt to gain business that's their choice. WE still get paid in full for doing our jobs. Especially when both the Loan Agent AND the Signing Company can't be bother to even pick up their phones when an issue regarding the signing arises.

I got paid for both of them, however I signed up for SkySail (www.feeguarantee.com), so I don't know if they paid timely or not. SkySail pays me every Wed. based on the closings I did the previous week. I signed up with them after I added this post.

This makes me a bit nervous as I did a closing for them on 3/21 and again on 4/3. On the first closing the borrowers said that another notary called them the morning of the signing and said she was handling their docs. They told her that I was handling it. The second was a bit strange (for me) as I kept waiting for the email and two hours before the closing I was told that the docs were actually sent to the borrowers overnight and I confirmed that that was the case. Hopefully I'll get paid for both of these in a timely manner.

Quick Closings is only good for quickly hanging up the phone! I did a job Jan 25, 2013 and have not received payment. I am constantly told to send and email. "Oh The check was sent Feb. 27th" no I have not received it. Call March 27 and we can cut another check. It is 2013 the electronic age it takes nothing to look over your bank statement and reissue another check. SAY AWAY FROM THIS MOM AND POP OPERATION.

Anyone worked for Deborah Salvatore at Quick Closings 123? She called for a job this evening but the spouse was not available to sign so I did not complete the closing. Does she pay as agreed and on time? Thanks!
