Ok, I must say that I did a closing for them on 1/24/15and received a check on 3/5/15. I did have to email requesting the check, but at least they didn't pull the Chase QuickPay scam this time!

Ahh, and now I know why they only send the first little bit....because it takes 3 days to verify the account so it will accept one payment but you have to wait to accept the rest until your account is "verified". What a complete scam this company is.

So I had to send an email to this company, letting them know of my collection policy. I received an email back stating that they would pay me with "Chase Quick-Pay" today. I get the notification this evening, but in order to collect my money I will have to login to the Chase Quick Pay site, enter all of my personal banking information, and then wait 1-3 days to verify the "deposits" in order to set up the Quick Pay account. Then, the payment they have sent me is only 10.00....he said that once I accept that then they can send the other 90.00 knowing the account is set up. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF ANYTHING MORE RIDICULOUS THAN THIS? I called and told him I wanted to be paid for both closings, and he replied that I would be paid for the second closing "according to their 30 day policy" to which I replied that they had already breached that policy by making me wait 60 days for the first payment! NEVER AGAIN!!!

All the paperwork still has Michelle affiliated with the company. The gentleman I dealt with "Onesimus" was very polite and stated they were behind but that I would get paid. I'll keep you posted!

On NotaryRotary they had a 5 star rating until January 2014. Then everything went downhill with more one star ratings and complaints. It appears that Michelle is no longer with the company and the company seems to have payment problems now.

Did a closing for them on Dec 8th. Have not been paid, getting a bit of a run around. Now they want me to do another one tomorrow. I said yes but now I think I may be foolish. I'm sure I'll be paid eventually, at least I hope so! Ahhhh what to do!

Has anyone heard of this agency before? Their rep claims to be top of the industry, 5 star rated. I've never heard of them and couldn't find them here either. The rep told me later in the conversation that I've done 80 signings for them this year that really caused me pause, I don't think so. I don't have a high volume, like 20-25 per month when business is super good (enough for me!) They're out of Phoenix AZ.
