They owe me monies from August 2007. They called for me to another signing and I explained about the monies owed from August. They said if I would do this one they would immediately send the funds from August, as they did not realize they owed me. So, being the
kind Notary that I am, I agreed to do the signing on June 4th and I have heard absolutly nothing from them.

Read some of the other info on Docuserv. There is some information that might help you get your money. It takes a little effort, but it was worth it for me. They emailed me immediately and I got my pay of $175.00. Check out the other notes on the forum regarding Docuserv and you'll see what to do.

I am in the same boat as you are. I am owed for January closings and not being paid. I know of other notaries in AZ having same issues. I am trying collections but fear that will not work either.
Please let us know if any of you are paid. We are not getting any response from them at all.

Got the same problem too... closing from January... emails, faxed, calls... nothing works.

The owe me money from January 2008. I have called and emailed them several times.
