Accusigning had 2 offices, one in Loomis, CA and the other in Chandler, AZ. Does anyone know if their out of business? Both #'s (916) 652-9331 and fax line (916) 652-9388 has been disconnected and no longer in service.

I did hear, however, that one of their title companies they do business with closed their doors.

They stink....took a year to get paid. Never will work for them again. I feel lucky to be paid at all.

I did an assignment for them in March and have been trying to contact them regarding payment. So far, voicemail box full and no response to emails. I may just file a complaint with BBB and contact the title company regarding this problem.

Just attempted another call to this "signing service". I was informed that I was taking too much of their time attempting to get paid for services..............Need I say that that was the exact words and the tone was not anywhere close to what someone would expect ever.

I suppose I expect others to approach their work with the same intentions I do. I have read other posts from the actual signing service coming on here and attacking the notary. I have attempted to refrain from putting myself as a notary in that position. I am human and if there are ANY mistakes I have never been appropriately notified (or inappropriately). I understand this is the real world. I appreciate this forum.

ACCUSIGING IS NOT PAYING THEIR NOTARIES

Well, where is that collection service Jeremy hired? Off to find that information.

I personally have not done signings for them because they don't want to pay my fee, but I have a signer in Tucson that does work for me and has also worked for them and although he has done signings for them for a few years now they owe him up a couple thousand on unpaid assignments. They would call him and beg him to do and assignment and promise his check was going out in the mail that day and he would feel bad for the scheduler and do them and still they wouldn't pay.. He has stopped doing signings for them and is now seeking litigation

I've done a handful of signings for this agency out of Phoenix and also California. They are one of the only "faxbacks" I do business with. I informed them that I would not lower my fee after several jobs coming down and one with my regular fee. Since I have told them that I have yet to be paid for the last two jobs I did. I've called, emailed. No response.

Has anyone else had any issues?
