Re: Complaint against Signatures Plus
Irvine Police Department 07-07423

In the past you contacted the Irvine Police Department about Signatures Plus not paying you for work you preformed. I am in contact with the attorney for Signatures Plus and they are claiming you have been paid for your services and/or Signatures Plus has no record of doing business with you.

This is a complicated case do to the fact there are a lot of complaining persons, most persons involved reside out of the state of California and all losses are minor. To continue with an investigation, or attempt to get restitution for your loss, I will need additional information and evidence to pursue your claim. Items needed from you for each service in question:
• Your full name, telephone number and address
• Name of your company
• Proof of being a notary
• Requisition or some proof Signatures Plus requested your service
• What company was the signing for
• Proof/conformation you preformed a service for Signatures Plus
• Copy of the signature page, out of your notary book, for the signing in question
• Invoice to Signatures Plus for performing your service
• Amount owed from Signatures Plus and a synopsis of how you attempted to collect from Signatures Plus

Please mail or email me your responses and documents to support your claim.

Thank you,

Paul Jessup
