I have done few closings for them. They have called me often and use me when there is nobody available because I refuse to come down on my fee. I tell them that I have to pay myself and that I am not in business to work for free. I tell that to all the agencies that ask for a job to be completed at rediculously low rates.

I have worked for this company. Fees are lower than most companies but you get paid within 3 weeks.

They are a low paying outfit. I have done work for them only when it is a couple of miles from home. Their pay is to low when gas is $4.00 a gallon. I do get paid within 3 weeks though.

I like working for them. For $45 or $50 I only do my city. I charge extra for distance and I most of the time get it. As for e-docs, I charge $25 for printing in econoprint. If they want them darker it is an extra $10 to 15 (toner is not cheap) I never get any complaints about my docs being too light.

I have worked for them also in the last year and I also had to negotiate for the fee I wanted, but had no problem getting paid on time.

I have worked for them also. They take quite a bit of negotiating to get a workable fee. They usually call at the last minute when they find out most of the notaries in my area are pretty well set on fees.
