I will be damn if I am goig to wait up to 40 plus days to get paid frok someone. Fool me once same on you fool me twice shame on me. Learn after the first time.

Have done 4 with them (one just a few days ago) - other 3 paid within 21-40 days...never had a problem with them. Good to work with - their only policy which some may not like is "call when you get there, call from table if problems (of course,understandable), call when you leave" - other than that no handholding at all and you can ALWAYS reach someone if there's an issue. I'll take all they can send my way.

I have several closings outstanding with them and finally sent a letter to Lisa Soupart at her home! I have yet to hear back from them.

I did one job for them in July '07 - while they were really great to work with, I did have to do some chasing for payment and finally did get paid after 70 days.

All I know is that they are out of Riverview, FL. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau. As of April 9, 2008 there were no complaints at the BBB on this company.
