I did one and got paid in a month, it it not the first one you do for them, it is the subsequent signings that they fail to pay for. I will not let up on them until I receive my payment and I would never work for them again. My signing was done 12/14/07 and took two signing in one week, that was my mistake, I should have stuck to the one job.

I'm sad to say they get me too. I did 2 closing for them in December 2007. I received payment for one but was not paid for the other. I called and they told me that the check was cashed and they would send a copy of it when they received it. Well, it's been a month since I requested to see the cashed check and now they don't answer the phone anymore. I called that broker when gave them the deal, and he said that he could not beleive they would not pay the notaries. He told me to call his office and let the his assistant know what was going on. He told me that he would deduct my fee from the next deal that he
gave to the crooks at "Top Notch Signing Service" if they did not pay me. Well, either he is a crook like them of he hasn't given them a deal in a month. I would never work for them again. As far as the phone numbers they keep changing them like a pair of underware.

I did one signing for them in 2007 and never got paid. I called and emailed and left messages and sent letters and invoices and got nothing in return. The borrower cancelled, but even the title company won't use them anymore.

I did one for them and they paid me on time. I have the same phone numbers that you do. Don't give up!

They owe me $510. I have contacted all of the title companies that they worked throuh and they do not have any working numbers for them. If anyone has any ideas on the whereabouts of anyone associated with them , i would appreciate hearing about it. Thx
