S&P is very much in business - I have worked with them for a number of years, nice folks.... and they generally pay within 30 days

Received work from them on July 30,. 2012. However I think they play games...they claim I did not get Note signed by borrowers but I clearly remember discussing the Note and them signing it (borrowers remembered as well). They deducted $15 from the initial agreed fee of $100. So I will keep you posted when I get paid.

I am looking for info on them, I just accepted an assignment from them. Never heard of them before, they are based out of Asheville NC.

I worked for them twice in 2006. Met my $XXX fee but one was a no-sign due to incorrect docs and they only paid me $50 trip/print fee and would not budge. In 2006 they paid at 30 days, but I have no idea if they are currently still in business.
