I finally received the certified return receipt signed by Elaine Ashton. Yippe! I can now look forward to filing a small claims lawsuit against this SS and get a judgment. After all, I exhausted all avenues, from sending collection letters, telephone inquiries, filing complaints with the AZ BBB, AZ Ag's Office and Federal Trade Commission regarding fraudulent business practices.

I finally sent an email to the EO notifying her that Ive contracted with A2Z Notary to provide signing services for borrowers to complete loan transaction for an agreed fee and not received payment (which is over 180+ days past due). That I believe that practices such as this on the part of this SS can impugn the reputation of any lender that contract with them.

I haven't received a response yet

Folk's start getting references from them when they call. You know...other notary names so you can find out their paying habits beforehand. If they refuse this information then refuse the job.

I too have the same issue, but got stiffed for over $400. My invoices include "Net 30 Days, Subject to 10% per Annum". Sent demand letters and statements via US Mail and confirmation on fax transmittals and still no response.

A2Z Notary was very nice to me too when they called in May. I have not been paid for the signing and they will not respond to any type of contact.

I just wanted everyone to watch out for A2Z Notary out of Arizona. They got me for $150. They seem really nice when they call but they don't pay! They also don't return calls, faxes or emails.
