I completed a loan for Loan Signers Inc.com in August, 2007 & still am waiting for payment. I have mailed invoices, letters & tried to call, but voicemail is full. Howo can these types of companies stay in buiness? i have invested my time, gasoline & supplies to complete a loan for them and receive no payment.

I would not recommend anyone to do any signings forLoan signers [b]Inc.com they are very slow about paying 2+ months for payment did a signing in August Got paid in October that's not right I feel if we do the job we should not have to wait 2-3months or 30-45days to get paid.

I have done work for both companies. Reliaclose paid fine.

Nations Direct will call and beg you to do signings for $40. I did a few locally for $50 and got stuck with a huge amount of fax back requirements. On top of that, they will be calling you all during the appointment and before you can get back to update them. They are very irritating. I then told them not to call unless they were willing to pay a minimum of $65 as I am certified. They called me 5 minutes later asking me again to go out for $50, and again after that in the same day.

They only pay about every month and a half. They are hardly worth dealing with. I wouldn't waste your time on this company.

I do signings for Nations Direct all the time. I have never had a problem getting paid and as far as communication goes, it couldn't be better. One thing you need to keep in mind with Nations Direct is that you will get paid at the end of the month following the month you did the signing. For example, if you have a signing in January, you will get paid for it at the end of February. This is the standard policy for Nations Direct. The only exception is if you are a Primary Signing Agent for Nations Direct. If you are a Primary Signing Agent for Nations Direct, they pay you EVERY WEEK.

I have never had a payment issue whatsoever with ReliaClose. I suggest faxing a current W-9 and an invoice, along with a copy of the confirmation and tracking number.

Reliaclose is a very professional organization. If you have had a problem I would suggest calling them and trying to find out what happened. I know from personal experience that they have never put me in a position where I have had to ask for payment.

Reliaclose has never put me in a position where they were non communicative for payment. I would suggest speaking w/ someone in upper management. It could have been a one time thing. I have been w/ them since early 2004 and never have had any payment or communication issues.

I have signed for both of these companies and have had to call and call to get payment. I have been paid for all the jobs I've done - but not without stopping short of begging someone. I advise anyone to steer clear of them unless you want excuses, ignored email and voicemail and a major headache.

However, I have to say I worked for Negretsnotaries.com last month and they were FANTASTIC. Very nice people, fast fast payment and committed to client satisfaction! I would work for them again anytime!
