Do you advertise with us? 123notary can be very effective. My listing here has allowed many title, escrow, loan officers to find me over the years.

Market yourself to the clients you want - google your preferred market, and take it from there. I don't think you'll find a ton of business marketing to local title agencies, because they tend to do their own remote/mobile closings.
Here's a list that could keep you busy marketing from now until the end of time: http://www.highwayhome.com/insurance/carriers/title_insurance_companies.html
Also - use the "Search" functions on the different discussion boards, where you'll find all kinds of leads and tips. (For example, I've posted that link on here and elsewhere, many times.)
You can also check the county recording offices in your area - look on the mtgs and you'll see this: "after recording, return to ..." USUALLY it's the title agent's name and address there. Look at as many as you can, and see who's doing most of the business in your area. You'll also see who your primary competitors are, and who the lenders are. |

Since all of my business is currently through signing companies, can you give any suggestions on how you get direct to the title companies for business? Any input is much appreciated. |

Tips for using the forum
The most important feature on the forum is the search box. You can look up a particular word, phrase, name of a company, and see a potentially large list of search results with which you can obtain data. Filters are also valuable. If you want to find popular posts, you can use the number of views filter. You can also see whats new with the active topics link. Email us at info@123notary.com if you need any help using the notary forum.
Resources
The notary public resource page is valuable as it has links to all of the free information pages for notaries. Pages linked to the resource page include a page that teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your listing. Another page teaches you all the secrets of getting paid. There is a link to our free list of signing companies. There is also a glossary, learning tools, and much more.
If you are a notary, the free tips we give are invaluable.
