I think you might have something to your post Ethical.

I personally have been alleged to have picked on and verbally assaulted Stickler multiple times. When I post, I am not directing any criticism toward others. I am just speaking my mind and spreading knowledge and input. I am not always right which makes much of what I post my opinion. I never set out to upset anyone but if they want to think so, then so be it. I will still be posting either way.

I am not sure where this came from or is going as I do not see any posts by Aggressive. Is there a point in here somewhere? What did Aggressive say that has you so upset?

I could have said the same thing, for my five years in the business up until this month-although a company I'm currently in a dispute with is not actually late yet. It has been a good ride and I consider myself lucky to have worked with so many reputable business people. My experience was not the same with corporate America. Stickler- you will be missed...do keep in touch!

I have to honestly say that in my 8 months in this business I have yet to have to fight for my money or chase anyone for any extended period - my longest account went 60 days and then paid in full - I've never been threatened with fee reduction nor have I had my payment "docked" for any reason. The contacts I've made have been wonderful people who know this side of the business and take care of me...

I feel blessed and very lucky for that.

U R in FLA.....isn't that farther south than I am, and therefore you'd be much closer to H-E-double-toothpicks right?

Super nice guy - I kind of hedged my fee figuring 45 minutes...ah well..my husband and I had a good chuckle on the way home..

They claim they'll probably give me the signing - if so it's a daytimer - no night signings in that neighborhood!!!

Glad you feel better. This is why I don't do those. They are a pain in the butt. Too much time/trouble. Hope they paid you well.

Since no one's posted in the last two days I can scream to the masses..<G>

Had a RESPA signing other other day - quick & easy 50 pages done and out in 45 minutes tops- woohoo!!...right..

Call and confirm with Borrower that I'll be there and need copy of this, this and that....no problem, I have that.

Get there - may I see your driver's license please? OH..can't find that, huh? Do you have the copy Sir? No....has a copy of his wife's, who's not on the loan!!...oh..here's DL - here ya go - power up handy dandy portable copier and put hubby to work copying.

Okay...how about your social security card - umm..I have one of those..somewhere...wait right here...dum..dee..dum..dee.dee.dum...20 minutes later "be right back - have to go look in the car" - comes back 10 minutes later ... here's my social security card....turns out to be a medicare card fine!!...I'll take it!!,,,copy -copy

Okay..now we're cookin - bank statements please? Thank you..umm.Sir? - these are from 2004...I need something more current like this past January, February & March - okay, send wifey to bank to get copies.

How about your W-2's...don't have those I'm on disability - okay can I get a copy of your award letter? Sure - here ya go - dated 12/2000 regarding his monthly payments for 2001!!!...new letter is here somewhere...never mind - I'll take this one!!...copy and clip to package and pray...

Now we're rollin and signin - 4 pages he won't sign til "my attorney looks at it" (agreement to pay for appraisal, GFE {though he signed the advanced TIL} and two other forms which, at this point I can't even recall what they were)

I'm out and package off to lender - 45 minute RESPA signing turned into 3 hours by the time I got home!!...and he probably won't be taking this loan!!

AARRGGHH!!!!

Thank you...I feel better now...

<G>
