I have considered buying another computer and simple printer in the event one glitches. This business demands all systems on go and one cannot afford not being able to follow thru with getting the docs. Seems like on the forums I read where others maintain more than one computer and printer such as yourself.. Is this the case out there folks?

Adobe is a bit of a memory Hog. Depending on the size of the file and how well your printer keeps up, it may not be unusual for it to be time consuming and a bit "twitchy". I run three different computers at times and I've lost count on how many software variations. There are as many ways to send documents as there are lenders. I'm always amazed when folks want to send you loan docs at 4:15pm on some obscure software with 45 min. worth of downloads before you can actually print docs and you need to be at the signing by 5pm which happens to be an hour away from the office.
They'll probably ask you to do it all for $60 too! Have fun!

Had a last minute closing Mon. evening. Finally received 5 e-mails for this entire document. In one e-mail the attachment would not open. Another e-mail had 2 attachments but only one would open. The other three e-mail attachments opened. My husband went to his laptop, accessed my e-mail and was able to open all attachments. I had Adobe 7 and today upgraded to Adobe 8. Is the problem my computer, the Adobe or how the sender sends the e-mail although one e-mail contained 2 attachments with only one that would open. Any suggestions here?
