Are you still accepting Nations Direct's $60 fee? I stopped working for them a couple years ago so I'm curious if they are even still in business.... I heard from one of their worker's they won't be around too much longer. Thank you for the response

ATM Corporation of America is an excellent company. I get paid every week and they are a pleasure to work with. I am a primary signing agent for Nation's Direct. As a primary, I get paid weekly. If you are not a primary with Nations Direct, you get paid at the end of the month following the month you do the signing, which isn't so good.

Ruth, evidently you have not done anything for Leigh Ann at SURF CITY MOBILE NOTARY lately because - at least for me - she has not paid for a job I did for her even though she got paid for it over 5 months ago, in fact she won't even answer her phone when I call her or respond to my e-mails. I'd like to know what you did to get paid because its sad when a fellow notary doesn't pay you when you try to help them out late at night.

I agree with you!! They always call last minute and only want to pay $40. When they first called me about a year ago they would pay $65. It's been dropping eversince. They've gotten greedy, want us to do all the work while they collect. Not only that they drive you crazy. Have to call while your're at the closing and after the closing. Worst part of all you have to fax them back the majority of the documents before you can ship and it's not a toll free number!! All of us notaries need to ban together so we are not taken advantage of!!!

Surf City is in Huntington Beach, California. Not sure if she has a web-site.

Two other great signing companies, in my opinion, are: Notary Pro and The Notary Connection. Both are quick paying and easy to work with.

I find it interesting that there are only 2 signing companies that are listed here but in the other forum of no-no signing companies there are 8 or 9 listings. think we should praise the good companies just as well!
