Having the same awful experience. I did a closing 6/27/16 and I have called and emailed with no response. I contacted the Title company today and was told that have received several calls from notaries regarding non-payment.

I am a certified closing agent in Wisconsin. I performed notary signing services February 2016 requested by Teresa Lewis, Sales Manager without error or issue as contracted. The request included same day fax backs and then several follow up calls for return document instructions. I have contacted the company by email and phone several times regarding the outstanding payment for services provided with no response. If you work for this company you should require payment upfront.

I did a couple of signings for NPN or National Preferred Notary Service. It took me 60 days to get paid for the first one, and I'm still waiting for payment for the December 6th signing. I received and email back(finally) after I sent them an email and cc'd the escrow officer that ordered the closing demanding payment. They do NOT follow the payment schedule they say they have. I will not work for them again. Hopefully my check does arrive.

NPN stands for National Preferred Notary Inc. Located in Costa Mesa CA. I just received an email from a company called NotaryBeware that posted the fact that NPN has several negative reviews.

I did a signing for them which actually ended up as a double signing. The docs first given to me were wrong and I had to go back to my office and reprint an entirely new set and get them signed. I have the proof of them offering to pay me for the second trip. First trip was paid for in 60 days. After 4 month, I am still attempting to get the additional fee paid. Called several times and was given a run around. Do not let them refer you to accounting as no one ever answers that phone. My next call will be to demand a check and then to inform them that i plan on calling their AG to lodge a complaint.
I will only work for them with cash up front.

I'm not familiar with NPN Services. Do you know what the initials stand for? There isn't any listing for NPN Services on NotaryRotary's list of companies and when I google the name it comes up as a listing service for notaries, not a signing service. Is it possible you completed a job for a company using NPN's platform and that company is who should be paying you?

Is anyone having problems getting paid from this company? I have a September signing that I have not been paid. They never answer my emails. When I call they refer me to accounting and I never get any results.
