Hello ladies and gentleman,

So I have done the unthinkable, I have started a small signing company. I'm doing this because I have great escrow/title relationships and I would like to share the wealth. Us notaries have seen a huge decrease in pay since the signing companies have taken over. I see huge splits where a signing company is being paid $150-$200 and only offering the notary $60-$75. This just isn't right.

So, some of you may start seeing orders from me by way of snapdocs. I am using this system because it will allow me to pass on more of the fee directly to the notary. I will be keeping $25 to cover my expenses and passing everything else onto the notary.

I am not affiliated with Prestige Escrow or Prestige Signing Company. I am a full time Mobile Notary just starting a small boutique signing company to help some of my colleagues receive better pay.
