They are a huge hassle to get payments from. Even worse is the billing procedure, all depending on what the first# of the order is, and how many digits etc, if you do it on line or fax an invoice or email the invoice. If its a Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 5 then do the invoicing standing one your left foot and with right hand tied behind your back then hop twice ONLY, etc on and on. This is what happens when a company is owned by two other companies and some keep their original names and some don't, on and on and are TOO BIG and no one is responsible, all are unresponsive and collecting is a nightmare. Eventually you get paid but not after a lot of hassle. NEVER right #'s to call or any extensions, or info on their very specific billing procedures. I have received several pages of info finally on how to bill but still is crazy to follow. I am thinking of cutting them out. They are also LSI now and Fidelity somehow.

Ummm...huge company, recent merger, drastic fee cut, begin trying to find incredibly inexpensive notaries...recipe for problems. Gotta have a large IT Dept. and would think getting their 'computer problems' fixed would be a real priority. Seem to me to be following the NREIS formula for 'how to go out of business'.

If you don't value your time and experience, nobody else will.

Has anyone else had a problem getting paid this past month? I didn't get paid either of the 2 pay days in July and they keep telling me its a computer problem.
