nextitle is a title company they have offices all over the country. I have worked with Heidi at the Portland office for about 6 month, mostly emergencies but she is always polite and professional and usually pays within 15 days

They contacted me by email without any agency expecting a $100 fee. When title companies aren't using agencies, best to up the fee because they do this to avoid paying agencies to vet out the notary and do what agencies are supposed to do. This usually becomes problematic for LSA's because these escrow companies take full advantage of us without any oversite in procedures and communications. They end up using us to do the little things agencies do for us. I bump up my fee in these case by $25.

Whoa to the title companies that don't vet out lousy notaries by just shopping around for cheap notaries and sending out emails as such without even having any conversation.

Sincerely yours,
